Parent and Guardian Consent

1. I give permission for my child(ren) to participate in LearnSpace. This program supplements school learning and is not a licensed institution.

2. Family information is stored securely and not shared with third parties.

3. Screened tutors and volunteers may interact with my child(ren) through the platform only. Private outside communication is prohibited.

4. I agree to supervise my child(ren)'s use of the platform per the Parent Supervision Policy.

5. I understand each child's access beyond their own portal is granted by me and can be changed at any time from my account.

Volunteer / Tutor Agreement

1. A background check is required and I authorize LearnSpace to conduct one upon approval of my application.

2. All communication with students must occur within the platform. Private outside communication is prohibited.
